Today, CSI has commenced 4 days training on “Developing a Work Plan and Activity Based Budget” at CSI-Buroa Centre for Regional Administration Officers, Finance Officers and Planning Officers from Togdheer, Sool and Sanaag.
The overall aim of the training is to increase the skills, attitude, and knowledge of trainees in using different techniques of work plan. It will also equip them to understand the necessary steps involved in developing and implementing a realistic work plan with activity-based budget.
The training facilitated by Mustafe Saed, a senior development and emergency worker with 10 years’ experience of management, planning, and M& E skills. He has worked with International and local institutions k hold different positions. Currently, he is the Food Security and Livelihood Manager at Care International.
